RESIDENTIAL CLEANING


It should include:
- Wipe all the surfaces, counters, furniture, tables.
- Dust ornaments, table lamps, vases, frames, baseboards. Sofas.
- Vacuum flours, carpet, sofas (if needed)
- Mop flours (ceramic, wood, tiles)
- Clean exterior appliances like: TV, microwave, dish washer, refrigerator, washer, drier, stove, toaster, and coffeemaker.
- Clean interior of microwave.
- Clean mirrors
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms: including toilet, tub, shower, glass slide doors, removing products.
- Wash spots on doors and handles.
- Wash and disinfect sink.
- Collect garbage and take out to the trash. Put new plastic bags in the trash cans.
- Make beds
- Remove cowbells
Special projects:
- Clean Inside refrigerator, oven
- Celling lamps.
- Change sheets
- Move removable carpets and vacuum and mop the floor under it.

 

COMMERCIAL CLEANING


Same as Residential in what it applies to.
MOVE IN / OUT
- Wipe all the surfaces, counters, draws
- Dust baseboards. Closets, sealing lights.
- Vacuum flours, carpet
- Mop flours (ceramic, wood, tiles)
- Clean exterior and interior appliances like: microwave, dish washer, refrigerator, washer, and drier, stove.
- Clean mirrors
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms: including toilet, tub, shower, glass slide doors.
- Wash spots on doors. And hand manubrium,
- Wash and disinfect sink
- Collect garbage and took out to the cans

PROCESS


1) Make an estimate of how much time will take to clean your house by visiting your house and discussing the details of the cleaning. Will include details on date, coordinate entrance, what kind of products are we going to use and what and how we are going to clean.


2) On the set date we go and do the work.


3) You do the quality control.


4) We get paid.
